At Armezia, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances where the customer simply changes their mind or orders the wrong item. All sales are final once an order is placed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • Include your order number and a description of the problem

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not require returns of damaged or incorrect items
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing the submitted evidence

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. As all items are processed quickly and made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after submission.
